Happy Birthday to our first born. Parenting is not easy, it comes with no instructions. Each developmental stage presents a new challenge and most of the time, as parents, we have NO IDEA what we are doing. Parenting teaches us faith! It teaches us the meaning of true, unconditional love. It tests our limits and reveals our true strength. It causes self-awareness as our children are mirrors of our own selves. Finally, parenting, is a tangible demonstration of grace.
The beauty of being a parent, is that it does not require perfection, it only asks for a willing heart!
