You know it’s Monday when you walk into work and try to open your office with your house key! 🤦🏾‍♀️

HAPPY MONDAY FAMILY! Monday’s are new beginnings, fresh starts!

Be mindful of your perspective this week. Positive perspective (P2) changes everything!

Watch how I talked myself through my own week:

Uggghhh it’s Monday, this week will be crazy! I’ve got so much to do, I’m already overwhelmed.

P2: Wow there is a lot happening this week, but I’m graced for this. It seems like more than I can handle, let’s break this down into to small bits that I can chew! What do I need first? Coffee! (Begins to brew a pot, something about the warm mug in my hand is relaxing and calming.). Ok, what’s next, I need a plan so I’ll know what’s happening daily. If I know what’s coming I can prepare for it.

Ummmm so, All of this is totally not happening! Let me relieve some of this pressure and choose my top 3 for each day.

Whew, I feel better already.

Hmmm it still seems like a lot, time to outsource. This is NOT the week to be superwoman, who can I ask for help! Done ✅!

It’s gonna be a good week, whether everything on this list is completed or not!
