Grace & Gratitude Challenge Day 1 - Grace for YOURSELF!

Happy Monday, Sis!


As we step into this week of gratitude, I want to invite you to pause, breathe, and create space for grace in your day. I’m so excited to welcome you to the Grace & Gratitude Challenge!


Here’s the playbook:


1. It’s Personal: This one’s for YOU, Sis. It’s your moment—take it however and whenever you can!

 2. It’s Practical: These challenges are designed to take as much or as little time as you need. Your Journey, Your Pace. Just be intentional about grabbing the moment.

3. It’s Flexible: Do what you can when you can, just commit to doing something, even if it's simply repeating the affirmation. Most importantly, all you can do is win here! Show up and look at the post, breathe, and reflect. Baby if that's all you got, THAT'S ENOUGH! You won that day!!


Here’s How It Works:


Over the next few days, we’re going to pause, reflect, and take simple, meaningful steps to invite more grace and gratitude into our lives.

 Each day, I’ll share:


1. A quick reflection or journal prompt to help you slow down and turn inward.

2. A small Grace Goal to move you to action.

3. An uplifting affirmation for you to hold on to. A friendly reminder: In the busyness of this season, don’t forget to give yourself and others grace—you matter, too. Are you ready?
