There’s a big difference between being capable and having capacity—and if you’ve ever found yourself running on empty but still showing up, this one’s for you.
✨ Capability is what you can do—your skills, your talents, your experience. It says, “I’ve got this.”💫 Capacity? That’s about what you actually have the space, time, energy, and emotional bandwidth to carry today. It says, “Can I handle this right now?”

Honestly—there’ve been plenty of days where I was completely capable… but my capacity was in the negatives.
Here’s your reminder:You can be strong and still be stretched. You can be capable and still not have the capacity. And that doesn’t make you weak—it makes you human.
So if you’re in that place right now, sis… I see you. I am you.
Let’s stop measuring our worth by what we can carry and start honoring what we need to release.
You’re doing better than you think.
